Job Title: Regional Depot Operations Specialist
Your Role in Our Team:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Depot Operations Specialist to join our team in Belgium. As a key member of our Regional Depot Operations department, you will be responsible for driving standardization and enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency across 13 European depots.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grasp the current situation of various processes/equipment used at each depot, understand best practices.
- Identify/assess gaps at each depot and develop a practical plan to secure depot standardization.
- Develop a structure for document management and best practice sharing among depots using system tools (e.g., MS Office Share point).
- Build consensus with depot management, take feedback, and implement new standardization structure at all depots.
- Support the delivery of regional depot managers meet (European network event).
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fluency in English (TME's business language)
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree
- Good organizational skills combined with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Access, PPT, Share point)
- Strong background in logistics process
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
