As a member of our Regional Depot Operations team in Belgium, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the achievement of our organization's objectives. This role focuses on standardizing operational processes, ensuring optimal capacity, and enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency across our regional depots. Key responsibilities include:

* Fluency in English
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree
* Excellent organizational skills combined with a strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Access, PPT, SharePoint)
* Strong background in logistics process
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Design an efficient document management system and best practice sharing framework using MS Office SharePoint
- Collaborate with depot management to implement new standardization structures at all regional depots
