* Fluency in English
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree
* Excellent organizational skills combined with a strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Access, PPT, SharePoint)

- Design an efficient document management system and best practice sharing framework using MS Office SharePoint
- Collaborate with depot management to implement new standardization structures at all regional depots
