What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Efficiency Enhancement Intern position at Toyota Motor Europe?
Key Responsibilities
- Grasp the current situation of various processes/equipments used at each depot, understand best practices, identify gaps, and develop a practical plan to secure depot standardization.
- Develop a structure for document management and best practice sharing among depots using system tools (e.g., MS Office SharePoint).
- Build consensus with depot management, take feedback, and implement new standardization structure at all depots.
- Support the delivery of regional depot managers' meetings (European network events).
Requirements
- You are fluent in English (TME's business language).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
- Good organizational skills combined with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong background in logistics processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
