About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Technician to join our team at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out parts, and calibrate machinery as needed.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical training or certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining, and Robotics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, as required.
