Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as lubricating equipment and replacing filters
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, using tools such as multi-meters and oscilloscopes
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve production stoppages and optimize workflow
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Industrial maintenance and/or military experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, CNC machines, and robotics
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $33-$44 per hour, depending on experience. Our estimated salary for this role in La Vernia, TX is approximately $63,120 - $84,160 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming an average annual increase of 3-5%.
