Job Description
The Skilled Maintenance Team Member at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas is responsible for the preventative maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment to support production goals.
- This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, programming, and repairing various systems, including PLCs and robotics.
Responsibilities
- Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems
- Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts (metal, plastic, and wood) for projects, equipment repair, maintenance work orders, and machine modifications
- Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and/or repair programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment
- Documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods
- Problem-solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity
Requirements
- Industrial maintenance and/or military experience
- Electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Technical knowledge and skills in PLCs, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding, Machining, and Robotics
- Available to work any shift including rotating shifts overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns

- Hourly pay range is $33.50/HR with growth up to $44.70/HR

- Rotating Shift hours: 1st: 5:30 am-2:00 pm; 2nd: 1:30 pm-10:00 pm; 3rd: 9:30 pm-6:00 am, to include Saturday overtime
