Toyota's Greensboro, North Carolina Battery Plant Manufacturing is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Center of Excellence Team Member.
Key duties include creating training materials, facilitating sessions, assessing program effectiveness, and providing feedback. They continuously improve training content, stay updated on best practices, and collaborate with other teams to align training with company goals. Additionally, they maintain records, support employees post-training, and help ensure the workforce has the skills needed for success.
NIGHT SHIFT POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Reporting to the Center of Excellence Area Leader, the person in this role will meet the Manufacturing's department objectives to produce the highest quality product in the safest most efficient manner exceeding our customer's expectations.
What you'll be doing
- Approach each day with a Safety-First mindset.
- Utilize Toyota Job Instruction and Standardized Work to strengthen their team.
- Successfully identify problems, identify the root cause, and countermeasures.
- Utilize TPS (Toyota Production System) tools to improve KPI's such as safety, quality,
and cost reduction to eliminate MUDA (Waste) in pursuit of full work.
