Who we're looking for
Toyota's Data and Technology organization is seeking a driven and energetic Data & Risk Compliance Analyst to join our First Line of Defense Governance, Risk and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with risk principles, IT risk and controls, and have a background in audit. This is a fantastic opportunity for self-starters looking to be part of a significant digital transformation within our Data and Technology department.
What you'll be doing
This individual will play a critical role in supporting the development of new policies and overseeing essential process governance activities. You will be a major part of an exciting journey as we undergo a significant digital transformation.
- Support the development and implementation of new policies.
- Oversee and manage critical process governance activities.
- Identify and assess IT risks and controls and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports using tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance and risk management initiatives.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with new technologies and methodologies.
- Manage projects through planning, execution, and reporting progress across various business levels.
- Work with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment
