Who we're looking for :
Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Alabama, Inc. (TMMAL) is looking to fill a Production Control (PC) Co-op. The primary duties of this role are :
- Logistics Dock Support - Understand dock unload sequence and timing for all products produced at TMMAL. Implement a progress tracking system (Power-Bi) to help Internal Logistics manage to this schedule. Evaluate Results as part of the PDCA cycle (Plan Check Do Act).
- Overflow Management - Support the investigate of the root cause of both North American and Overseas Overflow (Ordering issue - frequency, quantity; Flow Rack Capacity - IL zone or lineside; Delivery Issue; Unloading Issue; Other). Implement countermeasures to reduce the overflow quantity in the future.

The Co-op will be located at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Alabama (TMMAL) in Huntsville, AL.
