Toyota’s Accounting & Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated A/R & Cost Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage manual billing, A/R transactions, and cost management.
Reporting to the Accounting & Finance Manager, the person in this role will support the Accounting & Finance department's objective.

Who We’re Looking For
Toyota’s Accounting & Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated A/R & Cost Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage manual billing, A/R transactions, and cost management.
Reporting to the Accounting & Finance Manager, the person in this role will support the Accounting & Finance department's objective.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage manual billing, A/R transactions & reconcile payment differences
- Work with headquarters / customers & collect the aging past due invoices
- Apply monthly A/R payments in SAP
- Reconcile monthly A/R payments with InHouseBank
- Prepare & report aging of A/R outstanding balance by customer
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
- Work closely & provide shop cost management & support on budget/forecast activities
- Yearly Parts/Fixed Assets Inventory Support
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field
- 1 years of Accounting/Finance-related experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent analytic, presentation, interpersonal and organization skills required
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel advanced functions
- Highly proficient with SAP/BPC/Ariba applications
- Knowledge of Tesla Supplier Portal & Toyota Supplier Portal a plus
- Knowledge of Citi Global Netting a plus
- Knowledge of PowerBI dashboarding application a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline and detail driven environment

Salary : $82,700 - $134,400
