Who We're Looking For

Toyota is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Data Engineers to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supports design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data integration, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.
• Optimize and improve existing data systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Facilitate implementation of data governance and security measures to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, systems, and workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the data engineering domain.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
