This role is for and Engineering Analyst to be the owner, coordinator, and single point of contact for the TMNA PE Assembly team 2D/3D data and technology systems management. They will manage the vehicle and equipment 2D/3D data, in-house 3D printing, VR/AR equipment / files, and Digital Twin scanning / mgmt. They will be the facilitator behind “Cad Support Requests” and “3D Printing Request” systems. They will coordinate and lead technology integration into the engineering job way.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain / Manage shop 2D layouts, X-refs, and kamishibai drawings
- Maintain / Manage shop Digital twins, including completing the scans, converting the point cloud data, creating Navisworks study files, and support engineer / vendor access to data
- Maintain / Manage equipment 3D library, update with OEM models, scan existing equipment, update models post modification
- Regional lead / window person for Terrace vehicle 3D data mgmt., issue resolution
- Creation / Management of vehicle new model modules by zone
- Update by design cycle / data release
- Notify Engineering team of data change points
- Create unique modules by request of user group
- Lead AR/VR integration into engineer job way
- Manage / Maintain hardware
- Configure AR/VR 3D files and load to headsets
- Support working group field trials
- Manage all in-house 3D printing though “Request for” automated system
- Maintain printer system and supplies
- Facilitate integration / issue escalation of DIME supported systems
- Lead local troubleshooting of systems
- Lead Regional PE team cross shop Data / Technology job way adoption / integration.
- Intake requests and organize activity
- Work with SMEs on efficiency improvement investigations
What you bring
- BS in Design Engineering Technology or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with Autodesk products
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook)
- Ability to intake and organize requests from a diverse set of channels
- Proficient with 3D printing modeling
- Experience with executive management on progress on assigned scope
- Maintain / Manage Shop 2D layouts
- Manage X-refs
- Update with As-builts / Demo / Relo
- Maintain Shop Digital Twins
- Complete Laser Scans of shop
