Project Manager

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Project Manager for a temporary, Hybrid assignment in Plano, TX.

This position is a 12-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $92.00 - $97.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What We’re Looking For

• Facilitate and Organize Project Cadences, Executive Updates & Quarterly Planning
• Facilitate the planning between programs, product and vendors
• Lead, design and help implement standardized reporting for overall schedule and progress tracking across multiple products
• Support Product/Program Leaders in pivoting as needed and help teams and programs surface and track issues
• Lead Agile Ceremonies including daily standup, sprint planning, reviews, and demos
• Help teams remove impediments, manage impediments, dependencies, issues and risks
• Ensure escalation mitigation, work with operations team to resolve/close defect and drive collaboration and communication to endure delivery success
• Inspect and identify continuous improvements and actively contribute to advancing lean processes to drive efficiency and improve effectiveness,
• Any ad-hoc requests as needed.
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with program managers, product owners, designers, architects, engineering and testing team in API and mobile app development
• Experience using project and scrum management tools
• Fluent in understanding of technology area to support the team in helping them to remove cross team dependencies
• Comfortable facilitating solutioning meeting with architects
• Willingness to learn the product domain and comfortable in reporting in large setup to leadership team
  
  

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills:

• 7 years’ experience in managing large scale project/program working with large scale program team, product owners, designers, architects, development and testing team in technical. mobile/API environment.
• Own the E2E delivery schedule, manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Collaborate with API and mobile team to manage interdependencies and keeping the deliverable on track.
• Proficient in Jira/confluence, status reporting at leadership level and fluency in PM and collaboration tools.

• Understanding on API and Mobile App development standards
• Experience in automobile industry with understanding on vehicle life cycle
• Understanding the product domain
