Senior Procurement Analyst

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Senior Procurement Analyst role for a temporary, onsite assignment in Plano, TX.

This position is a 6-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $44.15 - $51.85/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Senior Procurement Analyst

• Toyota’s Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) Department is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Senior Procurement Analyst, for the Information Technology category. The market equivalent name may be an IT Procurement Specialist.
• The individual should have experience negotiating deals with suppliers for software, hardware, and IT professional services as well as have the ability to manage multiple projects as well (Project Management capabilities).
• Reporting to the IT Software Indirect Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Manager, the person in this role will support the IPSS department's objective to implement software sourcing/procurement strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk for the business while processing business requests to issue supplier PO’s.
• Other categories such as IT Professional Services and Hardware may be supported as needed in support of various enterprise projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Contract drafting and negotiation experience with suppliers.
• Experience with Ariba P2P system (Nice to have)
• Experience with indirect procurement / sourcing.
• Experience with Software, Hardware, and IT Professional services related sourcing and negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables.
• Strong analytic, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgment and strategic thinking.
