Performance Objectives:
- Successfully convert sales calls into appointments.
- Handle high volume of internet leads
- Work effectively with your team
- Master of all systems
- Excellent phone skills and customer service experience
- Great communication skills both verbally and written
- A working knowledge of sales, marketing and appointment setting
- The ability to build rapport with our customers
- The ability to meet and exceed department key metrics.
- Must be able to work flex hours including Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Previous Automotive BDC Experience
- Complete Sales Mastery Certification
- Competency using Sales CRM, DMS, OEM PORTALS, PHONE SYSTEMS
- Ensure team level competencies
- Maintain the guidelines set forth to meet KPI's.
