Responsibilities - Sales Manager:
- Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor
- Desking deals and monitoring sales showroom
- Directing and participating in follow up with new prospects and current client base
- Appraising vehicles and closing deals
- Training sales staff as well as assisting in creating, implementing, and monitoring dealership policies
- Assisting in inventory management
- Working with staff to set and achieve individual and company goals
- Forecasting and tracking key sales metrics
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:
Previous Automotive Sales Manager or Automotive Finance Manager experience required- High energy is a must and outgoing personality is a must
- Outstanding communication skill, written, and oral
- Customer service skills, selling ability, and positive outlook
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry
- Understanding of and ability to coach and counsel employees and help them to grow into top salespeople
- Positive team management/motivation skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Valid Driver's License
