Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

  • Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor
  • Desking deals and monitoring sales showroom
  • Directing and participating in follow up with new prospects and current client base
  • Appraising vehicles and closing deals
  • Training sales staff as well as assisting in creating, implementing, and monitoring dealership policies
  • Assisting in inventory management
  • Working with staff to set and achieve individual and company goals
  • Forecasting and tracking key sales metrics

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:

  • Previous Automotive Sales Manager or Automotive Finance Manager experience required
  • High energy is a must and outgoing personality is a must
  • Outstanding communication skill, written, and oral
  • Customer service skills, selling ability, and positive outlook
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry
  • Understanding of and ability to coach and counsel employees and help them to grow into top salespeople
  • Positive team management/motivation skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Resume must be uploaded to be considered
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
