The Sales BDC Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers that contact the dealership to schedule or inquire about vehicle purchases. Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. Use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest. Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM. Generate and schedule sales appointments. The right candidate will be trained to understand all products and services offered, will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs. Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or commission driven role preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone required. Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. The BDC Agent position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation plus commission compensation. Schedule: Full-time: 40 hours a week/ 5 days a week. Saturday is required. Full benefit package.
