Toyota Sales Team

Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Car Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry, have excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to close sales. This role involves working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles. You will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their needs to offer personalized vehicle recommendations.
• Demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles to potential buyers.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions.
• Process paperwork, including contracts, financing, and trade-in evaluations.
• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate repeat business.
• Inbound calls/Outbound follow up calls
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and inventory updates.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and high level of motivation to achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a showroom environment or outdoors in all weather conditions.
