Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Manage outbound sales efforts, including follow-ups with leads and prospects.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track customer interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective strategies for market penetration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, dealership inventory, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Familiarity with retail sales concepts and retail math principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
