Position Overview:
As a Service Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department. Your role is to provide a seamless and professional experience by greeting customers, managing service appointments, and coordinating communication between the service team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers upon arrival at the service department.
- Ensure a smooth check-in process by verifying service appointments and gathering necessary vehicle information.
- Provide accurate updates on service status and answer customer inquiries.
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off services as needed.
- Manage service lounge amenities to ensure customer comfort.
- Communicate customer needs to service advisors and technicians promptly.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing service paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
