Now Hiring: Service Manager for multi-point Honda store
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for customer service and fixed operations? Our Honda of El Cajon Superstore and Honda of Santee Service Center is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our two locations and help us take advantage of one of the best service markets in San Diego.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily service operations to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Lead, train, and develop a skilled team of technicians and service advisors
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service
- Manage department KPIs, warranty processes, and workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume dealership setting
- Strong knowledge of fixed operations, warranty processes, and manufacturer standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Commitment to customer service and operational excellence
- Honda experience a big plus
Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and benefits
The Service Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Salary Compensation of between $12,000.00 and $16,000.00 monthly. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
