Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally ensuring customer concerns are resolved
• Perform car wash duties
• Support service consultants with guest needs
• Maintain a positive experience for our guests
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity, and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct, and our Polices & Procedures
  
  

Requirements

• Equivalent combination of education and experience or high school diploma / GED
• Customer service de-escalation skills and experience
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability
• Completing a pre-employment drug screen

Schedule

• 9-hour shift with 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Day Shift
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (with Thursdays off) and Saturday 7am-3pm (split days off) Sunday's closed
