Toyota of Hollywood is looking for Body Shop Technicians. We are growing and need a responsible individual who is going to help move production to a new level in our new and upcoming Auto Body department. We are seeking a dedicated individual who enjoys a fast paced environment and can deliver high quality work.
Essential Functions:
- Perform full teardown on vehicles for proper estimating
- Check parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received
- Prepare vehicles for body repair work
- Notify management of any additional repairs needed
- Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time
- Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
- Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer
- Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards
- Keeps into account of previous and newly released factory technical bulletins
- Perform other duties as requested
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician or related experience required
- Valid ASE certification preferred
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer software and internet proficiency
- Organized, manages workload and time well
- Valid Drivers License
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
