Toyota of Irving is looking for a full-time experienced automotive clerk to join our team. If you thrive in the fast pace culture of a dealership accounting office then this may be the job for you.

- New Car Deals
- Cancellations
- New Business Spreadsheet
- TFS Reserve Spreadsheet
- Warranty Cancellations
- Ability to multi-task – deadline oriented – time management
- Automotive accounting experience is required
- Experience with DMS is a plus (CDK, Reynolds, Tekion, etc)
- Accounting and General Ledger experience a plus
- Additional tasks including schedules will be assigned
- Wholesale knowledge a plus

Experience:
- bookkeeping: 2 year (Preferred)
- Accounting: 2 year (Preferred)
