The Automotive Internet Sales Representative is responsible for handling online inquiries, engaging with potential customers through digital channels, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to online leads via email, phone, and text to schedule test drives and showroom visits.
- Maintain an active online presence, updating vehicle listings and engaging with potential buyers through social media and dealership websites.
- Guide customers through the car-buying process, providing information on pricing, financing, and vehicle features.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and encourage repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, and new vehicle models.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 Years Previous experience in automotive sales or internet sales preferred. (Required)
- Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, phone, and social media).
- Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and dealership operations.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with online customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
