Toyota of Merrillville is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Group. We are a family-owned company with 22 locations across five states and continue to expand. We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service.
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This position serves as the liaison between the customer and the service department. You'll be responsible for identifying, recommending, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair service for our customers.
A successful candidate will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Automotive knowledge and experience preferred
- DealerTrack experience preferred
