Toyota of Midland is looking for an Experienced, Service Manager or Express Maintenance Manager who has successfully delivered on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. The Automotive Dealership Express Maintenance Manager will help manage the efficient and profitable operation of the Express Maintenance Department.
Responsibilities: Assist in development of departmental goals and initiate the action to achieve them.
- Makes CSI a department priority; ensures personnel are courteous and professional with customers.
- Handles customer complaints immediately in accordance with dealership guidelines.
- Administers, communicates, reviews and correctly processes warranty claims between customers, personnel and manufacturer.
- Review and manage expense structure to maximize profitability.
- Manage and oversee, reception, lot staff, and client comforts, in addition, create and operate a call center, and quality control programs.
- Provides sales training for Advisors and all other ancillary staff. Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of the service department personnel.
- Responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring individual and shop goals.
- Planning and executing on-going service advertising programs.
- Maintaining daily sales and production records.
- Serves as liaison between customer, dealership and factory representative.
- Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks; conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.

This position requires a person with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. It is the responsibility of the Service Shop Manager to manage an efficient and profitable Service Department. He/she will operate the department at maximum efficiency, controlling expenses, building customer enthusiasm, nurturing team member enthusiasm, setting and achieving financial objectives and maintaining adequate records.
