Job Title: Bilingual BDC Sales at Toyota of North Miami (Fluent in English & Creole)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced BDC (Business Development Center) Salesperson to join our team at Toyota of North Miami that is fluent in English and Creole. As a BDC Sales Rep, you will be responsible for handling sales inquiries and providing excellent customer service, ultimately driving sales for our dealership. This is a full-time position which pays a houly rate for hours worked plus commission structure in the auto industry. This individual contributor role is based in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles or products
- Schedule appointments for customers and follow up with potential leads
- Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, and maintain positive interactions with potential and existing customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the dealership
- Collaborate with other sales team members and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, finance options, and dealership sales promotions
- Utilize CRM software to record and track customer interactions and sales progress

Requirements:

-Bilingual required (Fluent in English & Creole)

-High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
