Key Responsibilities
- Title Processing:
- Accurately process all vehicle titles for new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
- Ensure all titles are completed and submitted to the appropriate state agencies in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of information on titles and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Title Management:
- Obtain and maintain all incoming titles from trades, auction cars, street purchases, etc.
- Ensure titles are properly transferred and documented according to dealership and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate before submission.
