Duties
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Utilize strong sales skills to promote additional services and products that enhance vehicle performance.
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding customer concerns and service requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle history.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, including vehicle maintenance, auto estimating, and mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with specialized areas such as air brake systems and auto body repair is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
