Duties
- Engage with customers through various channels to identify their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and enhance customer service.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Apply retail math skills to analyze sales data and forecast trends.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in math, particularly retail math, to support sales analysis.
- Experience in sales management or providing sales support will be advantageous.
- A proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation is highly desirable.
