Responsibilities
- Greet customers in an upbeat, warm and friendly manner, and assist them with inquiries, ensuring they leave with a positive experience
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accuracy in cash management
- Recording all transactions accurately
- Filing documents
- Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and support to customers as needed
- Work cooperatively with all staff members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and reception desk
- Assisting the Office staff with other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and self-sufficient
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records
- Open flexibility with scheduling
This role will be required to work alternating weekends. Starting pay rate will be based on experience and knowledge.
