Who we’re looking for

TRD is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Analyst, Executives to join the team in Costa Mesa, CA.

What you’ll be doing

• Liaison for the President and General Manager at TRD.
• Manage weekly, monthly, bi-monthly meetings. With direction from President and GM, create information packets from data gathered for senior management team to help develop successful and productive meetings.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create complex excel files and deliver content in a creative way using presentation software.
• Ability to manage several projects at one time with tight time frames and minimal day-to-day guidance. Must be comfortable creating content and working through issues based on the initial guidance form President and GM.
• Excellent time manager with ability to manage a complex travel schedule with multiple events and meetings. High level of detail and expectation for excellence. Providing executive with content needed for each event.
• Provide detailed monthly reports to the President/GM from business units to maintain a consistent understanding of the department health.
• Be a liaison between the President and GM on projects to assure both are on the same page and communicating to the business units.
• Sit in multiple weekly meetings keeping consistent notes to share with President/GM.
• Connect with senior level managers to gather appropriate information from the business units for a variety of uses.
• Comfortable pursuing managers, executives, etc. to get on schedules from inside and outside TRD.
• Ability to research businesses and individuals, create background documents to inform executives.
• Create strong relationships within TRD management team.
• Understand product flow, processes and lead times from TRD Manufacturing, engineering and software.
• Must be comfortable knowing sensitive information and not sharing outside the designated team or organization to maintain confidentiality and trust.

What you bring

• High School Degree Preferred
• College Degree and/or relevant work experience
• 5 Years in business, finance, budgeting or similar position
• 5 Years in organizational role.
• 3 Years creating meeting materials or informational materials.
• Ability to work with minimal direction, highly motivated self-starter.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Possess decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Great understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital media and the ability to make creative documentation for presentation.
