As the Production/Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 members, developing facilities maintenance training programs, and leading by example with a 'Safety First' mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of technicians, providing coaching and development opportunities
• Create and implement facilities maintenance training programs
• Support daily operations and maintenance for plant utility and building systems
• Identify and resolve operational issues through maintenance repairs or contract support
• Project planning and management coordination for energy and water reduction
Requirements:
• Experience in facilities maintenance in the manufacturing industry or equivalent military experience
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley and/or Mitsubishi PLC programming
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible scheduling
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including project management abilities
