Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support the success of our manufacturing operation. As a Facilities Maintenance Team Member or Industrial Maintenance Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, production, and cost goals of our plant.
You will be responsible for supporting daily operations and maintenance for Plant utility and building systems, Power, chilled water, compressed air, HVAC, dust collection equipment, and Tank Farm & Pumps. Alternatively, you will support daily operations and maintenance for Plant processing equipment, the equipment utilized to make our products.
To succeed in this role, you must have Industrial and/or Facilities Maintenance experience, with demonstrated success in troubleshooting and problem-solving. You must also be available to work any shift including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Maximo/CMMS is required, as well as technical skills and knowledge in areas such as PLC's, Computers & Information Technology, Hydraulic/Pneumatic, Motion/Motor Control, Welding and Machining.
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Systems, Industrial Automation, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience or certifications in HVAC, Low & Medium voltage power or Chemical systems, Reliability Centered Maintenance and/or Condition Based Monitoring techniques, battery; cell/module; or similar experience in a highly automated production environment, industrial processing, predictive maintenance through condition monitoring, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Reliability Techniques: FMEA, RCM, etc. are desired.
