To be successful in this role, you must meet one of the following three technical qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must meet one of the following three technical qualifications:
- An Associates degree (or higher) in an Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study.
- 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience (Examples: Mechanical, Electrical, PLC's, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Robotics) while installing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting equipment.
- Similar military hands-on experience.
In addition, you must be available to work 2nd, 3rd, and/or weekend shift, which may include overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
