Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a QE SEIBI Measurement for a temporary, assignment in Georgetown, KY.
This position is a 12-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $37.00 - $42.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What you’ll be doing
What you will be doing:
- Perform measurements of stamping dies, identify gaps to target.
- Perform measurements of stamping g panels and sub-assemblies to determine statistical stamped panel quality for accuracy and formability.
- Perform measurements for PxP and nominal fit vehicle analysis.
- Uses technical expertise to analyze measurement data and make appropriate recommendations to Stamping PE and D/M on next steps.
- Scan completed dies and mesh data for utilization for NAMC die repair and copy die preparation.
Requirements:
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills
- Highly motivated individual with proactive approach to work
- CMM programming in automotive manufacturing experience.
- Utilizing Polyworks software with Blue light/ATOS/Faro operation experience.
- CAD experience
- Proven Skills to problem solve
- College BS or other technical degree or min. 5 yrs. experience in field of metrology
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
Preferred to have:
- New model launch experience
- Argus formability software experience
- Operate and care for optical and physical measurement equipment individually experience
- Ability to analyze and identify accuracy issues via color map comparisons
- Strong computer skills and ability to create reports
- Ability to advise technical staff and work independently to meet project goals
- Tooling background with stamping dies, check fixtures would be desirable
Desire/skill set for digital engineering:
- Troubleshoot and care for sensitive optical, mechanical/robotic equipment
- Ability to set/develop standardized procedures to improve efficiency
- Ability to apply technology to help clarify problems from engineering staff given minimal direction
- Ability to fabricate/develop 'one off' testing methods to support engineering hypothesis for countermeasure development
- Mechanical and digital aptitude to work through equipment operation issues using 3rd party technical support off-site
