Who we're looking for

Toyota'sHuman Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst, Team Member Relations.

Reporting to the Manager, Team Member Relations, the primary responsibility of this role is to support the Human Resource Department's objective to provide Team Member Relations support through understanding, developing, and facilitating HR solutions to achieve the desired business objective. The primary hours for this role will be 7:00 PM to 4:15 AM

This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance is not currently available for this position.

What you'll be doing

  • Daily management and resolution of team member issues and concerns and Human Resource related functions.
  • Project management to include development, implementation, and PDCA cycle.
  • Responsible for assigned hoshin priorities.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Administrator for regional and local policies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and effectively work with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to work any shift.

Added bonus if you have

  • HR Experience and or investigation experience.
  • Experience using whistleblower or investigation tracking systems.
  • HR experience in Manufacturing.
  • Any HR certifications.
