Description
- Supervising team members and team leaders in daily activities
- Maintaining team members’ files
- Scheduling overtime
- Training and development of team members
- Providing assistance to team members for troubleshooting equipment, etc.
- Must be flexible and able to work in all areas of department regardless of duties assigned in order to accomplish TTAI goals and objectives
Qualifications
Job requirements include a 2-year technical school or college degree in a related field and/or 5 years of related maintenance experience in manufacturing. A minimum of three (3) years work experience in supervision/leadership is required.
