Toys for Trucks, Inc. is an industry leader in the specialty retail business for sales and installation of Car, Truck, Van, SUV and Jeep accessories. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to add to our team to support our operations!

JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to oversee and manage various aspects of our advertising and promotional strategies across multiple platforms. This position requires expertise in Amazon ad management, eCommerce marketing, coop fund management, website promotions, and social media advertising. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and exhibit a results-driven mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Oversee and manage Amazon ad spend, transitioning from an external third-party provider to in-house management, optimizing budgets, coordinating internally with the Listings Department for SEO integration, and monitoring new product listing performance.
  • Manage manufacturer coop funds, including utilization, record maintenance, and documentation for reimbursement.
  • Handle website promotions by creating content and banners, collaborating with external teams to improve usability, and producing unique content for use across multiple platforms.
  • Manage Google ad campaigns, including but not limited to phone call ads, keyword bidding, and local pickup inventory feeds.
  • Oversee Facebook messaging, ad campaigns, and marketing activities to enhance visibility for retail and eCommerce channels.
  • Lead tracking and reporting of progress against key metrics

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES PREFERRED :

  • 2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and ad management.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling content and graphics for promotional use.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects working with a diverse team of creative employees and external partners
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, collaborate, and deliver against deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, able to translate data and market information into conclusions and actionable insights
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • PAY : Open for negotiation, dependent on experience level and qualifications. Approximate range of $60,000-$100,000 / year.

    HOURS : This is a full-time first shift position working Monday - Friday from 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm. Exact scheduled hours can be flexible / discussed with manager approval.

    Toys For Trucks offers health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and a 401(k) with a company match for all of our full-time employees. Additionally, we offer 40 hours of PTO after the first 90 days of employment with 8 hours of sick leave for the first year.
