Role Overview
This role supports the FP&A function for the Americas Finance department, collaborating with team members to manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes using OneStream and Oracle. The individual will reconcile and report on both Americas and global revenue, providing daily insights to Senior Management while partnering with business units to analyze key trends and drivers. Additionally, the role will focus on improving reporting infrastructure, driving process improvements, and actively participating in meetings to present analysis, recommendations, and business insights.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to perform the FP&A function for the Americas Finance department, utilizing the OneStream reporting application.
- Complete budget and forecast management reporting packages and analysis, partnering with business units to understand key drivers, trends, and plans versus actuals.
- Reconcile and report on the Americas and Global revenue reporting process, ensuring daily reports are sent to Senior Management.
- Improve the current reporting infrastructure to drive transparency around results while integrating Liquidnet into existing processes and reporting.
- Leverage Oracle and OneStream applications to research results and provide actionable insights to Senior Leadership.
- Actively participate in group meetings, effectively communicating and presenting analysis, recommendations, risks, and opportunities.
- Work on various ad hoc issues and analysis as required by finance and business management.
