Scope of work:
- Coordinate with Sr. TA Manager to schedule interviews for candidates and Talent Acquisition Partners (team of 5 )
- Support recruiting team in candidate pipelining and engagement
- Manage applicants sourced through various methods including advertising, LinkedIn seat, career fairs, CRM, Handshake, and other online platforms
- Support college recruiting efforts; attending events, following up with grads, reaching out to universities
- Contribute to adhoc project work
- Create a high-touch "best in class" candidate experience.
- Experience working within a talent acquisition team or HR department
- ATS or CRM knowledge desired
- Knowledge leveraging a LinkedIn Recruiter Seat; creating projects, inmail templates, Boolean strings desired
- Proactive contributor, eager to further develop and learn
- A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced. agile environment and can meet tight deadlines with quick turnarounds
- Highly organized to keep to the pace of scheduling for the TA Team.
- Experience with MS365 required
- Former Tech Industry background desired
- Professional and effective oral and written communication skills
- Sincere desire to work in a team environment
- Support mindset to adjust to competing priorities
