Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in receiving, VAS (Value added Service), and shipping. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision:
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and accuracy
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
• Warehouse Operations:
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, VAS, packing, and shipping
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales Operation and Returns, to ensure seamless operations
• Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges promptly
• Inventory Control:
• Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and availability
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and improve accuracy
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement changes
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance warehouse performance
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Training and Development:
• Train new and existing warehouse associates on SOPs, safety protocols, and best practices
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team skills and performance
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
