What We're Looking For

As part of our business network technical support team, you will be a skilled video specialist responsible for producing technical support videos for our business network products.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with Technical Support Engineers: Work closely with technical support engineers to familiarize yourself with TP-Link Systems Inc.'s business network products, including Wi-Fi Access Points, Switches, Routers, System Controllers, and Accessories
• Understand Customer Needs: Analyze team requirements and customer needs to create instructional video content and scripts tailored for our business network solutions
• Produce and Edit Videos: Develop and edit installation, configuration, and guidance videos specifically for our business network products. Ensure that videos offer clear, professional, and concise instructions to customers
• Maintain and Improve Content: Follow up on customer feedback to maintain and enhance our technical support video content and structure for business network products. Contribute ideas for ongoing improvements
  
  
  

Requirements

• Video Production Skills: Proven expertise in video production and editing
• Script Writing Experience: Experienced in writing scripts for technical and instructional video content
• Passion for Technology: Strong interest in network products and technologies
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and cautious working attitude
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to work well in a team environment
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Network Product Familiarity: Knowledge of business network products (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, HPE)
• Networking Fundamentals: Basic understanding of Wired and Wireless Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IGMP, 802.1X) and common networking features (VPN, 802.1Q VLAN, VoIP, Multicast, Centralized Network Management)

Salary: $75K - $95K annually Bonus
