Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) for our network equipment software products. This role is responsible for taking the high-level product planning and requirements from the Strategic Product Manager (SPM), refining them into actionable product solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. The TPM will focus on product design, working closely with development teams to resolve challenges and execute the product vision. You will also manage regular adaptation needs for new devices and be responsible for analyzing product feedback and functionality data to drive product improvements.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities
- Product Design and Solution Development: Work closely with the SPM to take high-level product plans and requirements, and transform them into detailed, practical product solutions. Ensure the design aligns with the overall vision while focusing on usability, performance, and technical feasibility.
- Implementation and Execution: Oversee the product implementation process, coordinating with the engineering team to ensure the technical solution is developed as planned. Resolve any challenges during development and ensure that the product is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Act as the primary point of contact between product management and engineering teams. Work closely with R&D, firmware, and software engineers to ensure product features are executed efficiently and meet technical specifications.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth market data research to leverage the results to make data-driven decisions and product feature optimization, ensuring continuous software improvement.
- Quality and Usability Focus: Ensure that the product not only meets functional specifications but also provides a high-quality user experience. Work closely with QA teams to conduct testing and validation, ensuring product quality and robustness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in product management or technical management, with a focus on network equipment or software products.
- Strong experience in taking product concepts from high-level strategy to detailed implementation, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage complex technical product development processes.
- Experience in creating product prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to communicate product concepts and user flows effectively.
