Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems, including electrical systems and logic controllers.
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues or areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors for repairs, renovations, and other facility-related projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment usage.
- Utilize voltmeters and other tools to troubleshoot electrical issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams.
- Proficient in project management principles to effectively oversee facility-related projects.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and the ability to use voltmeters for troubleshooting.
