TP Orthodontics is currently hiring an entry level Inside Territory Manager in the Medical Devices/Orthodontics field. This role offers a team environment, uncapped commissions, and different opportunities to grow within the company.
This position is responsible for inbound and outbound telesales activity including contacting existing accounts, customers and prospects within our database to introduce/sell TP Orthodontics products and services. The Territory Manager will deliver product information, offer special promotions, and provide general customer service – occasionally this will be done in person with the customer. This individual will also maintain accurate database records in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and coordinate with several departments within the company to handle product orders and general customer inquiries.
Specific Position Responsibilities
- Proactively contact accounts and prospects via telephone and email.
- Meets call volume quotas on a daily basis.
- Introduce and sell products into existing and new accounts.
- Increase sales and average order size by means of up-selling and add-on-sales.
- Input/maintain active customer files and accurate database records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system.
- Speak with customers about products and provide appropriate customer service including on-site visits to customers, trade shows, or other activities in the assigned territory.
- Communicate the needs of the customer and competitor activities in the territory to management.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required. Bachelors’ degree preferred – preferred in Business or Marketing
- Prior sales experience required, preferred 2 plus years of B2B sales.
- Must have a valid driver’s license paired with a clean driving record and ability to maintain insurance.
- Prior computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft office suite and CRM systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, in English.
- Good documentation, organizational, multi-tasking skills.
- Able to analyze data and perform mathematical calculations.
