What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Associate position at TP Orthodontics, Inc.?
This role is responsible for accurately reading and pulling requisitions for materials requested by various departments. This position manually counts incoming inventory and finished goods along with storing inventory in its proper locations.
KEY TASKS
- Continuously working with small parts
- Fulfilling part orders including counting, weighing, and verifying materials.
- Completing inventory transactions surrounding the movement of materials within the manufacturing departments.
- Counting/verifying inventory
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Following written and oral instruction pertaining to assigned duties
- Following all safety recommendations and guidelines
- All other additional tasks assigned throughout course of employment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in materials handling
- Familiarity with distribution center processes and order picking
