Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system while ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices related to food preparation and handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Follow the brand's standard operation procedure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
