- Define project objectives, scope, and effort aligned with our Global Finance Transformation goals
- Establish work plans for each project phase and arrange for resource allocation
- Prepare status reports for working groups and Finance leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related discipline; PMP certification preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in project-oriented environments; experience working on Finance process improvements and IT projects
- Proficiency in project management tools; experience with Smartsheet a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
